  • 24 Hours’ Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us time to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting.
  • Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule, with the cancellation fee applied.
